The five seats in the ES are comfortable and supportive. Plenty of headroom and legroom is available in the front Lexus ES 7 F Sport Seat. Even though the rear rows offer a significant amount of legroom, some reviewers have voiced their need for increased rear headroom.

The interior is upholstered in synthetic leather, and it comes standard with 10-way power front seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a leather-wrapped shift knob. There are two complete sets of LATCH connectors for the ES’s rear outboard seats, as well as a tether anchor for the ES’s rear center seat, which can be used for the installation of child safety seats. The LATCH method can be utilized with little effort.

Since the F SPORT trim was first offered on the seventh-generation Lexus ES, the car has been popular among a younger, more varied customer base in search of a sportier, more powerful sedan. The F SPORT Design package will be available for the 2023 ES 250 AWD, ES 350, and ES 300h.
